MA Jing was born in Guangzhou, China. She graduated in 2010 from Shantou University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in journalism. She has travelled on reporting trips to the USA, Ghana, Uganda, and towns and cities in China, An avid photographer, she is committed to telling stories with images and words. She now lives in Beijing.
