Jing Ma

A residential quarter on Binjiang Dong Road was divided by a public road, and it closed the road by an iron gate without the approval of the planning department. June 17, 2010 at about 9 am, Haizhu District Urban Management Branch were on their assignment to destroy the gate while residence fight against them.
为把被规划路横亘的小区封闭起来，未经规划部门批准，海珠区滨江东路某小区将规划路怡福路入口用铁闸门封闭。2010年6月17日上午9时许，海珠区城管执法分局连同多个部门对其实施强拆，遭到情绪激动的业主反抗。
